In July & August 2013 my husband and I purchased two preowned vehicles from Garrett @ Ford Groves in Jackson. During both of loan processing procedures Garrett was one of the most professional but not pushy salesman we've ever dealt with. We were not really in the market for different vehicles but he made our experience something we didn't dread or regret. He worked hard to make sure we received a great interest rate that met our needs. Then in Dec. 2013 my son graduated from college & he presented Garrett with a tougher challenge. He wanted a vehicle that they didn't have on any of there lots in our area & to top that off our son was on a very short length work schedule, so Garrett had only a few days to get the right vehicle, get it here, most importantly the right price, get it financed at a rate HE could afford. Without a doubt Garrett got it accomplished. We've not had a problem with our preowned vehicles from Ford Groves in Jackson & If you are in the market for a vehicle don't let a location stop you. Buying a vehicle from Garrett was a good experience. I kept in touch with him for months until he found the truck that I wanted. After he showed me the truck and test drove it, he was very cooperative and responsive. He bent over backwards to get me what I wanted and was never uncooperative. He took extra time and effort to show me that the vehicle was in good condition. He also worked with me on the price to make sure I was getting a good deal.

Overall, this vehicle purchase was a great experience, and I am glad I worked with Garrett and shopped at Ford Groves. I will certainly be talking to Garrett in the future when the time comes to buy another vehicle.

Ford Groves Jackson location is by far the best Ford Dealership I have ever dealt with. Dave and Joe were the ones I mostly dealt with but every one else at the location was great as well.  I have bought a lot of vehicles at other Ford Dealerships and have never received service as great as the service at Jackson Ford Groves.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape, from Garrett Luttrell will i do it again yes I will drive the 2 hours to do it. He worked very hard to get me into that car, very professional, knowledgeable, polite. As where the other guys that I dealt with. I have been to other dealerships and the minute I pull in they are there at your car door waiting for you to get out. I had a good experience at Jackson Ford Groves. My salesman called me as soon as they got my vehicle in because he knew it would be one I would want to take home with me. They even brought all the paperwork to me at my home because I couldn't come to the dealership before it was too late. They got me a low payment with the best interest rate I could get and made everything easy for a first time car buyer. Their extended warranty definitely makes me feel better about any problems I may have , too. I'm sure I'll get the same service that I got my first time with my next vehicle.
